1. Introduction

Welcome to DKK CREATIVE. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

DKK CREATIVE offers a range of digital services, including but not limited to:
 

  • Website design & development

  • Hosting & domain registration

  • Website maintenance

  • Digital marketing

 
Note: By default, all services provided or paid for through DKK CREATIVE are governed by these Terms & Conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to ask for and review the Terms & Conditions before availing any service. DKK CREATIVE will not be responsible if a client does not inquire about the Terms & Conditions.

3. Website Pricing and Packages

3.1 Website Packages:

Our packages include:

  • E-commerce / Online Store

  • Online Courses / Programs

  • Hotel Booking

  • Other Booking Systems

 
Note: Only one type per package can be chosen.

3.2 Reference Websites:

 

  • If a client provides a reference website, we will not copy all features, pages, or services.

  • We will only use it for content and formatting reference.

  • Example: If the reference website you provide includes product selling, a course, and an online program, we will implement only one of these options, as discussed and finalized in the project meeting. If you require all features from the reference website, additional charges will apply.
     

3.3 Additional Features:
 

  • Any extra features, additional languages, or products beyond the package will incur additional charges.
     

3.4 Animation Websites:
 

  • Standard packages include non-animated websites.

  • Animated websites require extra payment.
     

3.5 Advance Payment:
 

  • Once an advance is received, it is non-refundable.
     

3.6 Website Launch & Payment:
 

  • If the website is live and full payment is not completed within the agreed time, DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to:

    • Unpublish or close the website/service, or

    • Display a notice on the live website stating that the remaining payment must be cleared before further access.

  • Any amount already paid will not be refunded.
     

3.7 Extra Products/Services:
 

  • For online stores, if product count exceeds package limit or extra online services are required, additional charges will apply.
     

3.8 Renewal:
 

  • After the first year, clients are responsible for domain and hosting renewal fees, which are not included in the initial price.
     

3.9 Maintenance Renewal:
 

  • One year of maintenance is included in the initial price.

  • Continued maintenance beyond the first year requires annual maintenance fees.
     

3.10 Payment Gateway Integration:
 

  • Basic integration is included.

  • Any manual setup or additional gateway features will incur extra charges.
     

4. AI Chat Usage
 

  • The AI chat feature on your website is provided for free with a monthly limit of chat responses.

  • Once the monthly free chat limit is reached, DKK CREATIVE will not provide further responses.

  • If additional chat responses are required beyond the free limit, payment is required to continue usage.
     

5. Payment Terms
 

  • All payments must be made upfront in full before work begins.
     

6. Design and Modifications

6.1 Final Design:
 

  • Once delivered, the final design is considered approved.

  • Major redesigns post-delivery will not be accommodated.
     

6.2 Minor Changes:
 

  • Minor edits (content updates, small tweaks) are allowed once per month via designated channels.
     

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Timely Communication:
 

  • Clients must provide all content, feedback, and requests promptly.
     

7.2 Edit Requests:
 

  • All edit requests must be consolidated monthly. Multiple submissions throughout the month will not be entertained.
     

8. Limitation of Liability
 

  • DKK CREATIVE is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
     

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 

  • DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

  • Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.

  • DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to limit or charge for these tools in the future.
