Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

We get your orders ready quickly! All export orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 working days after we confirm your order and verify payment.

2. Shipping Time

How fast your order arrives depends on where it's going and how it's sent.

Sea freight usually takes 7 to 25 days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times can vary based on the specific destination port and whether you choose sea or air shipment.

3. Shipping Charges

You'll find all the shipping costs clearly outlined in your quotation. We can also arrange terms based on Incoterms like FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), or others, as agreed upon.

4. Tracking & Documents

Once your shipment is dispatched, we'll share all the important shipping documents with you. These include the Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and any other relevant paperwork.

5. Damages

We pack all our goods with the utmost care to prevent damage. However, if your goods arrive damaged during shipping, it's important that you report it within 3 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage.
