We stand by the quality of our agricultural products, including items like red onions, green chilies, and jaggery. Upon request, we can provide a quality check video or an inspection certificate before your order is dispatched, ensuring transparency and your peace of mind.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances:

Wrong product dispatched: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered.

Major quality issues: Significant quality defects verified by a third-party inspection or clear photos/videos.
You must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving your shipment to be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds will not be issued for:
Minor quality variations: Small differences in product quality that may occur due to climate or packaging.
Delays: Any delays caused by customs clearance or logistics providers are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
4. Replacement
In rare and specific situations, we may offer a product replacement to be included with your next shipment. This is subject to prior written agreement between both parties.
5. Order Cancellation
Once your goods have been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations.
