3. Website Pricing and Renewal

3.1 Website Pricing: The price quoted for website design and development includes one year of hosting, domain registration, and website maintenance.

3.2 Renewal: After the first year, you are responsible for renewing your domain and hosting services annually. Renewal fees are not included in the initial price and will be billed separately.

3.3 Maintenance Renewal: The initial price includes one year of website maintenance. To continue receiving maintenance services after the first year, you will need to pay an annual maintenance fee.

3.4 Payment Gateway Integration: Payment gateway integration is provided free of charge. However, if any issues arise that require manual payment integration, an additional fee will be incurred. If you require payment gateway integration for your website, any associated fees will be charged separately from the initial plan and pricing. Please note that these fees may vary depending on the
payment gateway provider chosen.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Installment: All payments for our services must be made in one installment. Payment is required upfront and in full before any work begins.

5. Design and Modifications

5.1 Final Design: Once the website is fully developed and delivered to you, we will not make any major design changes, regardless of your satisfaction with the design. The final design is considered approved upon delivery.

5.2 Minor Changes: We allow for minor changes to be made to the website post-delivery. Minor changes do not include a complete redesign or significant alterations to the website's structure and layout.

5.3 Monthly Edits: You may request edits to your website only once per month. These edits are limited to content updates, minor tweaks, and adjustments. Requests for edits must be submitted through our designated communication channels.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Timely Communication: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, feedback, and edit requests in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progression.

6.2 Edit Requests: All edit requests must be consolidated and submitted at once on a monthly basis. We do not accommodate multiple requests for changes throughout the month.

7. Limitation of Liability
DKK CREATIVE will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the provision of our services
will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

DKK CREATIVE reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
